အခု video files တွေဟာ ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့ အပတ်ထဲက ရုံးမှာ factory acceptance test (FAT) အတွက် စမ်းပြထားတဲ့ simulation test တွေပါ။
Duct heater control panel ဖြစ်ပြီး PLC ကို သုံးထားပါတယ်။ ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့ ပို့စ် မှာ ပြထားတဲ့ duct heater တွေ အတွက် မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ အခု control panel တွေ အတွက် duct heater တွေက explosion proof (Group IIC, T3) တွေ ဖြစ်ပြီး UK ကမှာထားတဲ့ brand ပါ။ အခု မရောက်သေးပဲ မကြာခင် ရောက်တော့မှာပါ။
Group IIC, T3 ဆိုတာ ဘာလဲ ဆိုတာကို အောက်မှာ ကြည့်ပါ။ Zone classification တွေ၊ Temperature classes တွေ၊ Ex-rated သတ်မှတ်ချက်တွေ၊ IP rating တွေ၊ စတာတွေကို ကျွန်တော် ရေးထားပြီး ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အောက်က လင့်မှာ ပြန်လည် ဖတ်ရှု နိုင်ပါတယ်။

Explosion proof ဖြစ်တဲ့ အတွက် construction ရယ်၊ အသုံးပြုမယ့် electrical components တွေအတွက် requirements တွေ ရှိပါတယ်။
Heater ဟာ အတော်လေးလဲ လေးပါတယ်။ Control devices တွေသာ heater နဲ့ အတူ တွဲပါလာမယ် ဆိုရင် ၎င်းတို့ဟာလည်း ex-rated ပဲ ဖြစ်ရမှာမို့ စျေးက အတော်လေး ကြီးပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် heater သက်သက်ပဲ မှာမယ်၊ control အတွက်က control panel ထပ်ရှိမယ်။ အဲဒီ control panel ကိုတော့ safe zone မှာပဲ ထားပါ ဆိုပြီး အကြံပြုရင်း နဲ့ အခုလို သပ်သပ်စီ ဖြစ်သွားတယ်။
အခု video files တွေမှာ ဘာတွေ စမ်းထား သလဲ ဆိုရင်
1) Running signal from blower (air flow)
2) Room thermostat
2) Overload trip
3) Overheat protection – auto (Air)
4) Overheat protection – manual (Heating element)
ဒီ heater တွေမှာ thermostat (overheat protection) ငါးခု ပါတယ်။ air အတွက် ၂ ခု၊ heating element အတွက် သုံးခု ပါတယ်။
Setting လုပ်ထားတာက automatic reset အတွက်က 40C မှာ cut-out ဖြစ်ပြီး 35C မှာ cut-in (automatically) ဖြစ်မယ်။ Air temperature အတွက် ဖြစ်တယ်။ Alarm buzzer ပါတဲ့ အတွက် alarm တောက်လျှောက် မြည်မယ်။ Cut-in ဖြစ်သွားတဲ့ အချိန်မှာ ရပ်သွားမယ်။
Manual reset အတွက်က 150C မှာ cut-out ဖြစ်ပြီး 35C မှာ manually rest လုပ်လို့ ရမယ်။ သူ့ဟာသူ ပြန် အလုပ်လုပ် မှာ မဟုတ်ဘူး။ Alarm တာက်လျှောက် မြည်ပြီး 35C ကိုရောက်မှ လူက သွားပြီး reset လုပ်ရမှာ ဖြစ်တယ်။
Flammable gases, vapours, mists အတွက် IIA, IIB, IIC ဟူ၍ explosion group 3 ခုရှိပြန်သည်။ IIA အတွက်ဆိုလျှင် Ammonia, Ethane, Methane, Propane gases တွေအတွက် သုံးနိုင်ပြီး၊ IIB သည် IIA group မှ gases များအပြင် city gas, acrylic, nitrite တို့အတွက် သင့်လျော်ကာ၊ IIC သည် group IIA, IIB group မှ gases များအပြင် hydrogen အတွက်ပါ အသုံးပြုနိုင်သည်။
ထို့အပြင် maximum temperature of exposed surface of the product အတွက် T1, T2, T3, T4, T5 & T6 ဟူ၍ class တွေထပ်ခွဲထားသည်။
T1<450°C
T2<300°C
T3<200°C
T4<135°C
T5<100°C
T6<85°C
အသုံးပြုမည့် နေရာ အပေါ်မူတည်၍ သင့်တော်သော temperature class ရှိသည့် product ကိုရွေးချယ် အသုံးပြုဖို့ လိုသည်။
